30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your ZoraStuart quilt. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Sale items marked as final sale
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at inquiriesupport@zorastuart.info with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
